Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or federal holidays. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Shipping Times

From the date of shipment, Standard Shipping typically takes:

  • 7–10 business days for orders in the United States
  • 10-14 business days for orders Internationally

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier availability. Lumen Coast is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances outside of our control, including but not limited to weather events, holidays, or high-volume shipping periods.

Shipping Costs

We offer flat-rate shipping of $4.99 on all orders. All orders totaling over $50 will receive Free Shipping!

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

International Shipping & Customs

For International orders:

  • Customs duties, taxes, or import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Customs processing times vary by country and may cause delays beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the correct shipping address is entered at checkout. Lumen Coast is not liable for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible at support@lumencoast.com and we will do our best to make the correction before your order ships.
